We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Building & Infrastructure division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Construction/Civil), Business Administration or Marketing.


Technical knowledge: Advanced knowledge of:


  • Market segmentation
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Strategic business development
  • Digital sales tools and CRM
  • Proposal development
  • Contract negotiation


Experience: Minimum 03 years in:


  • Sales and marketing in B&I domain
  • Construction sector
  • Third-party services
  • Business development


Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities


Strategic Business Development


  • Drive growth in B&I sector
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis
  • Develop client penetration strategies
  • Create competitive intelligence reports
  • Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities


Sales Leadership


  • Manage and develop B&I sales team
  • Set and achieve quarterly growth targets
  • Maintain the target of proposal conversion rate
  • Grow and manage sales pipeline
  • Performance gap identification and development planning


Client Relationship Management


  • Develop strategic relationships with:
    • Senior Executives
    • Key decision-makers
    • Project management consultants
  • Conduct regular strategic client meetings
  • Negotiate complex service agreements
  • Create long-term partnership frameworks


Technical-Commercial Proposal Management


  • Support proposal team in developing:
    • Comprehensive client requirement understanding
    • Bureau Veritas' unique value proposition
    • Detailed cost-benefit analysis
    • Regulatory compliance demonstration
  • Design customized service packages
