Business Development Manager Car Rental

*Join Bookingcabs.com as an Business Development Manager to lead vendor management, operations, and quality for our nationwide car rental services
Key Responsibilities
*Manage Spot Rental, Air Port Transfers, Outstation & One Way Cab.
*Familiar with Online Portal to Manage Operations, Finance, Vendors
*Pan India Vendor Management, Contract Rates, Rate Negotiations, states & City wise etc.
*Support management with targets, projections & daily MIS reporting.
*Assist /Train vendors and team on CRM system for quality control.
*Monitor rosters, shift-wise duties, refusals, complaints & quality checks Daily MIS Report
*Motivate Team to meet deadlines, work productively and resolve any issues effectually.

Requirements:
*Graduate with 3-5 years of experience into inside sales in the car rental industry
*Strong knowledge of inside sales and car rental Online Portal and CRM.
*Excellent coordination, reporting & vendor management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹68,636.70 per month
