Business Development Manager – CEO Office

Kastamonu Entegre is seeking a "Business Development Manager" to support the CEO Office in business development initiatives and facilitate effective coordination.

This role contributes to the company’s business development agenda through structured coordination, analytical support, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO Office with business development–related research, analysis, and preparation of executive materials.

• Coordinate workflows, communication, and follow-up actions among the CEO Office, the Advisor, and relevant business units, including sales-related functions.

• Assist in preparing high-impact presentations, executive briefing notes, and strategic documents for critical internal and external meetings, including C-level engagements, ensuring clarity, alignment with strategic priorities, and decision-ready content.

• Track the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely alignment of all stakeholders.

• Facilitate organized information flow across relevant departments to support decision-making.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in international business development, sales, or similar roles within global organizations.

• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English; additional languages are an asset.

• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and AI productivity tools.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Professional demeanor, reliability, and ability to work effectively with senior executives.
