We are pleased to share an opening for a Business Development Manager – Commercial Fit-Out based in Dubai.

We are seeking a results-driven, well-connected professional with strong market understanding to support the growth of our interiors contracting business and secure new commercial projects.

Salary Range: Fixed Salary + Commissions + Travel Allowance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3–8 years’ experience in sales/business development within a commercial interiors contracting or fit-out company
• Demonstrated ability to secure commercial interior projects across offices, retail, hospitality, F&B, and mixed-use spaces
• Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and expanding client portfolios
• Strong network among developers, consultants, PMC firms, real estate stakeholders, and main contractors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and manage projects from enquiry to award
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential; CRM experience is preferred
• Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• UAE market experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license
