Business Development Manager – Construction Company

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the UAE construction market, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and quotations.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential projects and partnerships.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve company growth targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
