Details: BDM Consumer Electronics is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of ASBIS’ Consumer Electronics product line portfolio across the WENA region.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a similar role; experience in Consumer electronics and retail is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, with experience working with leading retailers, online platforms, and distributors
  • Proven knowledge of the consumer electronics retail and online landscape in the WENA region (mandatory)
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong short- and long-term sales planning capabilities
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with partners and vendors
  • Results-oriented mindset with high stress tolerance, strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to make independent and responsible decisions
Functions
  • Implement the distribution strategy for the product portfolio, including action plans for business and sales development, demand creation, and sell-out generation with assigned partners across the WENA region, on a country-by-country basis
  • Prepare regular reports and maintain close communication with Vendors on all matters related to product development in the region
  • Conduct sales planning by account, product category, and SKU
  • Manage ongoing communication and negotiations with partners, including order processing, new product listings, promotional agreements, and their implementation
  • Ensure effective product merchandising and visibility across both offline and online channels
  • Prepare and maintain CRM and PSI reports
  • Conduct market research covering assortment, pricing, listings, distribution, and other relevant areas
  • Implement and regularly monitor listing plans for assigned partners
  • Take responsibility for assigned partners, including timely collection of payments
  • Perform additional tasks related to business development as required by the market
  • Work closely with country sales teams across the WENA region
  • Monitor placed orders, ensure timely forecasting, and control warehouse stock levels and sales performance
