Details: BDM Consumer Electronics is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of ASBIS’ Consumer Electronics product line portfolio across the WENA region.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a similar role; experience in Consumer electronics and retail is mandatory
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, with experience working with leading retailers, online platforms, and distributors
Proven knowledge of the consumer electronics retail and online landscape in the WENA region (mandatory)
High level of English proficiency
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong short- and long-term sales planning capabilities
Ability to build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with partners and vendors
Results-oriented mindset with high stress tolerance, strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to make independent and responsible decisions
Functions
Implement the distribution strategy for the product portfolio, including action plans for business and sales development, demand creation, and sell-out generation with assigned partners across the WENA region, on a country-by-country basis
Prepare regular reports and maintain close communication with Vendors on all matters related to product development in the region
Conduct sales planning by account, product category, and SKU
Manage ongoing communication and negotiations with partners, including order processing, new product listings, promotional agreements, and their implementation
Ensure effective product merchandising and visibility across both offline and online channels
Prepare and maintain CRM and PSI reports
Conduct market research covering assortment, pricing, listings, distribution, and other relevant areas
Implement and regularly monitor listing plans for assigned partners
Take responsibility for assigned partners, including timely collection of payments
Perform additional tasks related to business development as required by the market
Work closely with country sales teams across the WENA region
Monitor placed orders, ensure timely forecasting, and control warehouse stock levels and sales performance
