Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the courier and logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide suitable courier solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business forecasts.
- Support in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.

- Customs clearance coordination
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in courier, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the courier and logistics market.
- Valid driving license required
