Business Development Manager (Courier & Logistic)

Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B customers, including exporters, importers, and eCommerce businesses.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and effective performance monitoring.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers to secure business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Mentor, train, and support junior sales team members (BDEs) to strengthen overall team performance.
  • Represent Penta Express at trade exhibitions, networking forums, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in Business, Sales, or Logistics.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the international courier and logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed revenue and volume targets.
  • Strong business acumen with consultative selling and contract negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
