Role Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager - Security Operations will be responsible for driving enterprise business growth across the cloud security and application security domains. This role requires a strategic, self motivated professional with deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and proven experience engaging with senior security leaders. This is not a lead following role - you will map markets, open new doors, and build momentum for innovative security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle - from initiating CISO level discussions to successfully closing deals.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on Cloud Native Security, API Protection, Threat Exposure Management, Behavioural Analytics.
  • Partner with internal technical teams to design and present tailored security solutions.
  • Influence and educate enterprise customers while leveraging our channel ecosystem for execution.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to align local go to market strategies and increase market share.
  • Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and executive briefings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of enterprise or cybersecurity solution sales experience (VAD or vendor background preferred).
  • Proven track record selling to CISOs, IT Security Leaders, and DevSecOps teams.
  • Solid understanding of technologies such as API Security, XDR, Pen Testing Automation, UEBA.
  • Strong commercial skills with a solution oriented approach.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both executive and technical audiences.
