Responsibilities & Performance Measures
  • Business Development
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers.

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
    • Drive the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, proactively engaging with prospects and managing opportunities.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations, lead negotiations, and finalize contracts to secure new business.
  • Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, provide tailored solutions, and resolve concerns.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving loyalty and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and differentiation strategies to strengthen market position.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales and marketing teams for product development and expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with marketing, production, and R&D teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
    • Participate in product development discussions, offering customer insights and market feedback.
    • Ensure smooth project handover, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting
    • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to measure progress against targets.
    • Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track sales activities, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
    • Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation through reliable forecasting.
  • Industry Engagement & Professional Development
    • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance visibility and networking.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging markets, and best practices through continuous learning.
    • Build a strong professional network and actively engage with industry associations and forums.
