BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Location: Lahore

Department: OMM-Outdoor Media Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive new business in digital hardware (biometrics, signage, anti-theft).
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and grow B2B/B2C market share.
• Build strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships across industries.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions.
• Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven record of meeting targets and closing B2B deals.
• Knowledge of digital hardware (biometrics, signage, gadgets) & Pakistan market.
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
