We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager (Design Unit)

Experts Communication is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for its Design Unit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international design or creative service sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close high-value deals.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Walk-In Interviews: Monday to Friday
Interview Timing: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive international sales for design and creative services.
• Identify potential clients and build strong, long-term business relationships.
• Present tailored design solutions including branding, web design, UI/UX, and creative content services.
• Conduct outbound calls, client meetings, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with internal design, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international business development or design service sales.
• Strong understanding of graphic design, branding, web design, and digital marketing solutions.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Candidates residing near North Nazimabad are preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 100,000 – 300,000 (based on experience and performance)
