We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead business expansion and franchise growth across diagnostic centres. The role involves driving revenue, managing partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new markets and potential locations for diagnostic centre expansion.
Build and manage franchise partnerships from onboarding to operations.
Drive revenue through institutional tie-ups, doctor referrals, wellness programs, and corporate collaborations.
Develop and execute regional business growth strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporate clients, and insurance partners.
Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions, branding, and outreach activities.
Lead and mentor regional business teams, monitor KPIs, and ensure target achievement.
Prepare business performance reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s in Science / Healthcare / Business / Marketing;
MBA / PGDM preferred.
5–10 years
of experience in
Business Development / Franchise Management
in
Diagnostics / Healthcare / Pharma.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
