Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence within the jewellery industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the jewellery sector.
• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (B2B, retail, wholesale, or export).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams to align customer needs with product development.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients and partners.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand and generate leads.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop growth strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business development reports for senior management.
• Ensure exceptional client service and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Explore opportunities for e-commerce, digital platforms, and new sales channels.
