We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to lead sales and client acquisition for our Dubai Mainland business setup services. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Dubai Mainland rules, regulations, and licensing procedures, along with a proven ability to convert leads into successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Dubai Mainland company formation services.
  • Provide accurate and clear guidance to clients on DED regulations, license types, approvals, legal structures, visas, office space requirements, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and referral channels.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and consultations to explain business setup procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay up to date with changes in mainland business setup laws, fees, government processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored business setup solutions for clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to generate leads.
  • Maintain client data, reporting, and follow-up activities using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Dubai Mainland business setup (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of DED rules & regulations, legal structures, licensing categories, and government procedures.
  • Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, or business advisory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex processes in a simple and professional manner.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to develop long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • High level of professionalism and client service orientation.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
