The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of joinery, woodworking, and interior fit-out execution.For more information +971558579769Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day joinery factory operations and site installation activities for interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, production teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Read and interpret shop drawings, joinery drawings, and technical specifications.</li><li>Ensure joinery works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.</li><li>Monitor production progress and installation timelines to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Supervise carpenters, joinery technicians, installers, and subcontractors.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship standards are maintained.</li><li>Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site readiness for installation.</li><li>Resolve technical issues related to joinery fabrication and installation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations at factory and project sites.</li><li>Report daily/weekly progress updates to the Project Manager or Factory Manager.</li><li>Identify and rectify defects, snags, and installation issues before handover.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of work progress, labor allocation, and material usage.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or technical qualification in Carpentry, Wood Technology, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;8 years of experience in joinery, interior fit-out, woodworking, or furniture manufacturing, preferably in the UAE/GCC.</li><li>Strong experience in luxury villas, residential, hospitality, retail, F&amp;B, and commercial fit-out projects.</li><li>Excellent understanding of joinery production, cabinetry, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, kitchens, and custom-made furniture.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists.</li><li>Knowledge of materials such as veneer, laminate, MDF, plywood, solid wood, and finishes.</li><li>Strong leadership and manpower management skills.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and fit-out project execution.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Joinery Production &amp; Installation Supervision</li><li>Carpentry &amp; Woodwork Knowledge</li><li>Shop Drawing Interpretation</li><li>Team Supervision &amp; Workforce Management</li><li>Quality Control &amp; Snag Management</li><li>Material Coordination &amp; Site Management</li><li>Time Management &amp; Problem Solving</li><li>Health &amp; Safety Compliance</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
