The ideal candidate will deliver patient-centered care, support recovery, and ensure safety and comfort while adhering to DHA regulations and home healthcare standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes as per care plans and physician orders</li><li>Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations</li><li>Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as required</li><li>Assist with post-operative care, chronic disease management, and elderly care</li><li>Educate patients and family members on care plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and reports in compliance with DHA guidelines</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals</li><li>Ensure infection control, patient safety, and ethical nursing practices at all times</li><li>Respond to emergency situations and provide basic life support when required</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Nursing</li><li>Valid DHA License / DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Home care / patient residence-based work</li><li>Transportation will be provided</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary as per experience and DHA guidelines</li><li>Visa, medical insurance, and other benefits as per UAE labor law</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate should have experience in tracheostomy care, NGT (Nasogastric Tube) management, and PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) feeding. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.</li><li>Perform tracheostomy care including cleaning, suctioning, and monitoring for complications.</li><li>Manage NGT and PEG feeding, ensuring safe and hygienic procedures.</li><li>Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient response.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.</li><li>Educate family members on patient care and safety measures.</li><li>Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals as needed.</li><li>Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must hold a valid DOH / DHA / MOH license.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or hospital setup.</li><li>Experience in tracheostomy, NGT, and PEG care preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
