Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Engineer for a leading Marble & Granite Company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project clients while promoting marble, granite, quartz, stone, and related products/services.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE construction and fit-out market and experience in B2B sales within marble, granite, building materials, or interior finishing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marble, granite, and stone industry.
• Generate sales leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, and project managers.
• Promote company products including marble, granite, quartz, stone cladding, countertops, flooring, and customized stone solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with estimation, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and payment collections.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer databases.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in marble, granite, stone, construction materials, or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers in the UAE market is preferred.
• Good understanding of marble, granite, stone specifications, installation methods, and project execution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare quotations and understand project drawings/specifications is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
