Joinery Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Supervisor to oversee joinery production, installation, and site execution for interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising factory production and on-site installation activities, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day joinery factory operations and site installation activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, production teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, joinery drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure joinery works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor production progress and installation timelines to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise carpenters, joinery technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship standards are maintained.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and site readiness for installation.
• Resolve technical issues related to joinery fabrication and installation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations at factory and project sites.
• Report daily/weekly progress updates to the Project Manager or Factory Manager.
• Identify and rectify defects, snags, and installation issues before handover.
• Maintain proper documentation of work progress, labor allocation, and material usage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or technical qualification in Carpentry, Wood Technology, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in joinery, interior fit-out, woodworking, or furniture manufacturing, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong experience in luxury villas, residential, hospitality, retail, F&B, and commercial fit-out projects.
• Excellent understanding of joinery production, cabinetry, wardrobes, doors, wall cladding, kitchens, and custom-made furniture.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists.
• Knowledge of materials such as veneer, laminate, MDF, plywood, solid wood, and finishes.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and fit-out project execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
