Job Summary
My Client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their Enter SBU, based in Karachi. In this role, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the digital hardware portfolio in key markets. If you have a passion for technology, sales, and client relationship management, this is your chance to contribute to innovative solutions that transform businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital hardware, including biometric systems, digital signage, and anti-theft solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share in B2B and B2C segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in industries like retail, petroleum, and automotive.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the digital hardware space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, and operations) to tailor solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure deals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital hardware, technology, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in B2B environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital hardware technologies (e.g., biometrics, signage, gadgets) and market dynamics in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
