Business Development Manager – EPC Power & Infrastructure | KSA

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) with a reputed EPC organization executing Power Transmission, Substation, and Infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Industry: EPC – Power Transmission, Substations & Infrastructure

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in EPC Power & Infrastructure projects in KSA
  • Client acquisition and relationship management with utilities, EPC contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Manage the end-to-end tendering lifecycle, including pre-bid analysis, PQ evaluation, techno-commercial coordination, and bid submission
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliant and competitive proposals
  • Support contract negotiations, order finalization, and smooth handover to project execution teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project pipelines
  • Achieve assigned order booking, revenue, and growth targets

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development / Tendering / Sales within EPC Power T&D, Substations, or Infrastructure projects
  • Prior exposure to GCC / international EPC projects will be an added advantage
  • Strong client-handling, negotiation, and proposal strategy skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
