Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions across target industries.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, online research, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and competitors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand clients’ business requirements and propose suitable ERP modules or solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales team to design customized ERP proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close profitable deals.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify emerging trends and new market segments for ERP products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional activities and campaigns.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, market feedback, and competitor strategies to optimize business growth.
Project Coordination:
- Ensure smooth transition of signed projects from sales to implementation teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve post-sales concerns in coordination with project teams.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and MIS to senior management.
Product & Industry Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP products (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Stay informed about industry developments, digital transformation trends, and technological innovations.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement of ERP offerings.
