Business Development Manager-ERP Software Sales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - ERP Software Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong business development skills with software sales expertise to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring the success of our ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet ERP software sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through digital channels, such as email campaigns, social media, and online marketplaces.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their ERP software needs.
  • Provide demos, presentations, and training on ERP software features and benefits.-
  • Use CRM tools to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Follow up on inquiries from websites, social media, and other online platforms.-
  • Stay updated on ERP software products, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Communicate client feedback to product and development teams to improve offerings
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Analyze data to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.-
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in software sales or a similar role.-
  • Familiarity with SaaS models and online sales channels.-
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
