Business Development Manager – Exhibition Stand

Job Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager – Exhibition Stand with strong experience in exhibition stands, expo fabrication, and event production. This role focuses on generating new business, winning exhibition projects, and expanding our client portfolio across KSA, especially in Dammam.

You should have an established network within the exhibitions, events, and marketing industry and understand how exhibition stands are designed, priced, and executed.

This is a revenue-driven role with clear sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new exhibition and expo projects in across KSA.
• Develop relationships with marketing agencies, corporate clients, government entities, and event organizers.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor margins, and ensure profitable project execution.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth project handover.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in exhibition stand sales, event production, or expo fabrication in KSA or GCC.
• Proven track record of winning exhibition projects and closing deals.
• Strong network in KSA marketing, events, and exhibition industry.
• Understanding of stand fabrication, carpentry, materials, and production timelines.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid KSA driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
