Business Development Manager Experience in building materials or construction chemicals industry from 7 to 11 years

Develop new business across all product categories: waterproofing, flooring, repair systems,sealants, admixtures, geotextiles, geomembranes, and specialty materials.Ø Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and residentialprojects.Ø Drive specification-based selling through engagement with consultants, architects, and QSfirms.Ø Prepare system recommendations, BOQs, technical proposals, and quotations.Ø Conduct site visits for assessments, technical support, and opportunity development.Ø Track market trends, competitor pricing, and industry movements to refine strategy.Ø Conduct technical presentations and product demos for key stakeholders.Ø Strengthen relationships with suppliers and coordinate training, pricing, and product support.Ø Guide the sales team on product knowledge, selling points, and opportunity conversion.Ø Work with marketing to support case studies, brochures, and digital content.

Strong technical understanding of construction chemicals and geosynthetics.Ø Ability to read drawings, interpret specifications, and propose system solutions.Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ø Strong commercial awareness, negotiation ability, and follow-up discipline.Ø Analytical thinking, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ø Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred (but notmandatory if experience is strong).Ø Good reporbng, documentabon, and pipeline management skills.
