is looking for a
Business Development Manager - Export
who will be responsible for growing international sales by developing strategies, managing key relationships (e.g., with HORECA customers), and ensuring compliance with all export regulations. This role is a strategic position that bridges sales goals with the complexities of international trade and supply chains.
Responsabilities:

Strategy Development:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export volume and revenue targets in international markets.

Market Analysis:
Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.

Client Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing international clients, including distributors, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, and caterers (HORECA segment)

Logistics & Compliance:
Manage end-to-end export processes, coordinating with internal logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and compliance with international trade regulations and documentation

Product Launch & Promotion:
Coordinate with marketing departments for in-market activation support, trade promotions, and the launch of new products in foreign markets.

Reporting:
Prepare regular sales activity reports, market feedback, sales forecasts, and performance reports for senior management review
Key Qualifications and Experience:

A proven track record in international food sales, export, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is essential, with specific experience in the foodservice segment highly advantageous.

Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of target export markets (e.g., GCC or specific regional markets) and foreign market entry requirements.

Strong knowledge of export documentation, trade compliance, international logistics, and Incoterms.

Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and MS Office
