We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Female for our client.

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal

Timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to support client acquisition efforts.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track KPIs, revenue forecasts, and conversion metrics.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure smooth onboarding and handover to the delivery/operations team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetups when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and manage long sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation platforms (preferred).
