Business Development Manager – FF&E

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – FF&E with a strong sales and business background, combined with technical knowledge in AutoCAD, layouts, and interior design. The role focuses on driving new business, managing key clients, and supporting FF&E projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new FF&E and interior fit-out opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors
• Lead sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
• Review and understand AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and FF&E plans
• Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure design intent and commercial alignment
• Support FF&E selections, space planning, and value-engineering when required

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in FF&E / interior fit-out business development or sales
• Strong understanding of interior design, furniture layouts, materials, and finishes
• Proficient in AutoCAD and interpretation of drawings and BOQs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
• Commercially driven with a structured business mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month

• Sales in FF&E : 5 years (Required)
