Business Development Manager – FF&E | Interior Fit-Out

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager FF&E with a strong background in sales and business development within the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and supporting FF&E projects from concept development through project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new FF&E and interior fit-out business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, interior designers, architects, and contractors
  • Lead client presentations, prepare proposals, and manage commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and successful delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FF&E and interior fit-out sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts, furniture layouts, finishes, and materials
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage client relationships effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Language

  • Must be fluent in both English and Arabic

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
