Role Overview
We’re looking for results-driven Business Development Managers who excel at prospecting, pitching, and closing new corporate clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting prospects into Company's clients. Once onboarded, accounts are transitioned to the Customer Success team for ongoing relationship management — allowing you to stay focused on new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition
- Identify, target, and qualify potential corporate clients across mid- and large-enterprise segments.
- Develop and execute city-level sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and product demos to position Company's solutions effectively.
- Drive the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to contract closure.
2. Market Intelligence
- Map market segments, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Track competitive offerings and emerging fintech trends to refine ChargeUp’s pitch and positioning.
- Provide structured feedback to the Sales Operations Manager for GTM alignment.
3. Sales Execution & Reporting
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly forecasts and performance reports against assigned KPIs.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and client acquisition goals.
4. Partnerships & Collaboration
- Liaise with partner bank teams to identify and convert joint leads.
- Work with the Marketing team to execute local campaigns, events, and digital outreach.
- Coordinate with Product for feedback on client requirements and integrations.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales within fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding new business sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with structured prospecting and cold outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with autonomy, ownership, and urgency.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
