Business Development Manager – Flooring & Interior Fit-Out

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in flooring, interior design, or fit-out solutions. The ideal candidate must have strong market knowledge and a proven sales track record within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within flooring, interior fit-out, and office solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and corporate clients
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and client presentations
• Coordinate with design, technical, and project teams for seamless execution
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within Saudi Arabia
• Background in flooring, interior designing, or fit-out projects
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
• Valid Saudi driving license – Mandatory
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of the Saudi construction/interior projects market
