The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand the facility Management business of our client which is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the FM market, FM Services and client relationship strategies. Requirements
Qualifications: • Minimum of 12 years to 15 Years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the facility management industry. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • In-depth knowledge of the facility management services. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and industry partners. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development plans. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
