Are you a dynamic sales leader with strong FMCG & Food & Beverage experience?

Join us to lead our nationwide sales expansion and manage a high-performing team of *Area Sales Managers (ASMs)* across India.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead *PAN India sales development* for our FMCG & beverage portfolio

* Recruit, appoint & manage *Area Sales Managers*

* Drive ASM performance through training, support & target-oriented leadership

* Expand distribution channels and strengthen market presence

* Build and manage key accounts, distributors & trade partners

* Achieve monthly & annual sales targets with strong market execution

* Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion strategie

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 10 years’ experience* in *FMCG / food & beverage industry

* Strong background in sales, distribution, channel management & trade marketing

* Proven track record in managing ASMs and overseeing multi-region sales

* Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills

* Strong analytical mindset with target-driven performance

* Ability to travel frequently across India

* Knowing hindi language would be a plus.
