Business Development Manager

Location: UAE

Experience: 3–7 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or F&B tech or

HORECA or food safety consulting.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding market presence. The role focuses on developing a strong sales pipeline and delivering tailored solutions to F&B manufacturers, aggregators, and retail chains.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.

Stay updated on food safety and compliance trends to position the product effectively.

Preferred Background:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or Nutrition.

Knowledge of food compliance, labeling, or F&B operations.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

KPIs:

Revenue generated from new clients.

Number of meetings and demos done

Conversion rates and pipeline growth.

Average deal size and market share expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
