Clarkwell & Co is a London-based firm of Chartered Certified Accountants and Tax Advisors, serving a diverse portfolio of UK businesses, landlords, consultants, and growing SMEs. As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our Lahore office in Gulberg (Al Hafeez Heights).

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a central role in driving the growth of Clarkwell & Co by identifying new opportunities, converting inbound leads, nurturing long-term client relationships, and strengthening our brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
You will work closely with the Director and senior team to develop strategies that attract quality clients, enhance service uptake, and deepen our reputation as a trusted UK accountancy practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Lead Management
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from websites, social media, email, and referrals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK SME, property, and consultancy sectors.
- Conduct introductory calls, needs assessments, and follow-up activities to convert potential clients.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and service outlines for prospective clients.
Client Relationship Building
- Build warm, long-lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and professional partners.
- Maintain regular communication with leads and existing clients to encourage service expansion.
- Support onboarding processes, ensuring new clients receive a smooth and positive experience.
Marketing & Brand Development
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand messaging.
- Work with internal teams to create case studies, testimonials, and client success stories.
- Participate in planning events, webinars, workshops, and outreach initiatives to increase visibility.
Strategic Insight & Reporting
- Track KPIs, conversion metrics, and pipeline activity.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Offer insights to improve client acquisition, retention, and service delivery.
Requirements
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (ideally in financial services, accountancy, consulting, or B2B services).
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect, empathise, and build trust.
- A motivated self-starter who takes initiative and brings energy to daily tasks.
- Ability to understand UK accounting and tax services (training will be provided).
- Comfortable handling CRM systems, lead tracking tools, and follow-up processes.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A positive mindset with a willingness to grow, adapt, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
