We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager – Freight to support our continued growth and expansion in the logistics sector. This dynamic role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Client Acquisition:
Present, promote, and sell the full range of freight products and services to current and potential clients, including identifying new prospects and following up on leads. - Campaigns & Relationship Management:
Lead and organize sales campaigns, schedule client/agent visits, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Sales Operations & Reporting:
Prepare proposals, update CRM after visits, generate sales reports, and ensure all activities comply with company quality procedures. - Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with customer service and credit control teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment collections. - Team Support & Supervision:
Support onboarding of new sales staff and existing sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and business targets.
