JOB TITLE:Business Development Manager – Fujairah Region

Location: Fujairah (Mainland)
Reports to: Managing Director – SecureDomain Information Technology LLC (Abu Dhabi)

POSITION SUMMARY

SecureDomain IT LLC is expanding into the Fujairah & Northern Emirates region and is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead sales, drive market penetration, and build strong customer relationships.

This role focuses purely on Sales, Marketing, Client Acquisition, Revenue Growth, and building SecureDomain’s regional presence.
The BDM will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers in Fujairah and nearby emirates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in IT, ELV, AV, Networking, Cloud, Security, and Managed Services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare proposals, BOQs, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.

2. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Build and grow SecureDomain’s presence in Fujairah, Dibba, Khorfakkan, and Northern Emirates.
  • Create strategic plans to penetrate new markets, sectors, and industries.
  • Establish strong relationships with corporates, government customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
  • Identify opportunities in construction projects, tenders, AMC contracts, and SME clients.

3. Customer Relationship & Account Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the region.
  • Act as the main representative of SecureDomain for Fujairah customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensure timely follow-up, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

4. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Execute local marketing strategies, events, and brand promotion campaigns.
  • Represent SecureDomain at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and coordinate with the HQ marketing team.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility and reputation in the Fujairah region.

5. Coordination with Project & Technical Teams

  • Work closely with presales, project managers, and technical teams to develop solutions.
  • Provide clear handover after sales closure to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with Abu Dhabi HQ for approvals, pricing, technical designs, and delivery schedules.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCETechnical & Industry Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

  • IT Infrastructure & Networking Solutions
  • ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, etc.)
  • AV & Conferencing solutions
  • Wi-Fi, Switching, Routing, Firewalls
  • Datacenter & Cabling solutions
  • Cloud, Security, and Managed Services (added advantage)

Sales & Commercial Expertise

  • Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in IT/ELV/AV sales.
  • Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal preparation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.

Other Requirements

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • UAE driving license strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
  • Familiar with the Fujairah / Northern Emirates market (highly preferred).
