What We Expect From You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, strategy, and roadmap creation within the healthcare sector
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, P&L management, cost and profitability analysis
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Data-driven approach with advanced reporting and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT

How Can You Make an Impact?

• Develop and execute business development strategies and roadmaps in the integrated care services domain
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities through market, competitive, financial, and operational feasibility analyses
• Build comprehensive business cases (investment rationale, cost-benefit, ROI, scalability) to secure executive approval and funding
• Oversee regulatory, licensing, and compliance processes in line with Ministry of Health requirements
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem (providers, labs, home care, digital health players, insurers)
• Manage and improve health support programs including preventive care, early-diagnosis, chronic disease management, and wellness initiatives.
• Design and manage commercial business models, including P&L ownership, cost structures, and profitability analyses
• Define business requirements with a Product Owner mindset throughout product and service development processes
• Present strategic insights, analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Communicate strategies for effective coordination across the organization
• Monitor and optimize performance using clinical, financial, and operational KPIs
