Business Development Manager (Healthcare B2B, Part-Time)

VOLNA is an international company helping medical professionals (doctors and nurses) build their careers in the UAE. We support candidates at every stage — from consultations to obtaining licenses (DHA, DOH, MOH). We work with candidates from different countries, providing full-cycle assistance and guidance.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a healthcare-connected business development professional who understands how the Dubai healthcare market works and can close B2B deals through relationships and in-person meetings.

This is not a generic sales role — healthcare background and network are critical.

❌ This role is not suitable for general sales professionals without healthcare experience in Dubai.

Your role

This is a pure new business acquisition (hunter) role.

• Visit 15–20 clinics per week across Dubai
• Meet clinic owners, medical directors, and HR managers face-to-face
• Use your existing healthcare network for warm introductions
• Conduct systematic cold clinic prospecting
• Negotiate and sign medical recruitment contracts
• Focus exclusively on new clinic acquisition

What’s important

• 4–7 years of experience in Dubai healthcare (pharma, medical devices, healthcare IT, clinic operations, medical recruitment)
• Existing network of clinic decision-makers (10+ personal contacts)
• Proven B2B sales experience
• Comfortable with face-to-face sales and cold outreach
• Own car + UAE driving license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Would be a plus

• Experience in medical recruitment
• Background in healthcare sales or clinic operations
• Ability to quickly build trust with clinic leadership
• Knowledge of Arabic language
