Business Development Manager Healthcare Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding the organization’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the healthcare sector.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts in Abu Dhabi and surrounding regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing models with clients to maximize revenue.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and regular performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all business activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5–7 years of business development experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong knowledge of the local healthcare market, regulations, and client networks.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
