Job Description: Business Development Executive/Manager - HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering)

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager specializing in the HORECA sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This role requires a deep understanding of the HORECA market, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to target the HORECA sector and achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering industry, and establish relationships with decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and offerings that meet the specific needs of HORECA clients.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and contract signing.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, and provide regular reports and updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales management role within the HORECA sector.
  • Deep understanding of the HORECA market, including industry trends, key players, and customer needs.
  • Strong network of contacts within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
