Business Development Manager (HORECA - Coffee Industry)

Job Purpose:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of the company’s products and services. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and engage new business leads through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Set up and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to introduce and promote the company’s products to the market.
  • Track and monitor sales activities, maintain accurate records, and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets through acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively by investigating issues and recommending solutions to management.

Operational & Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate post-sale processes to ensure smooth handover and delivery through proper channels.
  • Manage company assets such as coffee machines and equipment to maximize utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance from pre-sale through post-sale stages, providing actionable insights.

Strategic Initiatives & Reporting

  • Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture target demographics.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize efforts and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • HORECA: 5 years (Required)
  • Coffee Industry: 3 years (Required)
  • Sales: 7 years (Required)
