Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Managers (BDM) to drive growth across Telecom, ICT & Security sector. The role involves client acquisition, key account management, tender participation, proposal preparation, and coordination with technical and project teams.
This role is open for three domains:
- ICT & Security Systems: IT infrastructure, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in specific domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Tier-1 operators, OEMs, and contractors.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
- Participate in RFQs, RFPs, and tenders, coordinating with internal teams for compliant and competitive submissions.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects for strategic insights.
- Coordinate with project, finance, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 5–10 years of UAE experience in sales.
- ICT & Security: Structured cabling, CCTV, access control.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
