Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Sales, situated at EFU Life Assurance, Karachi Cantt Branch, Karachi East District. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and creating effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, conducting market research, collaborating with team members to meet sales targets, and representing the company in a professional manner.

• Ability to develop strategies, analyze data effectively, and conduct market research
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in building strong client relationships and customer retention
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
