Job Title: Business Development Manager (Industrial Sales)

Location: Swargate, Pune

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 4-6 Years of Experience in selling of Electrical Products in Industry/Infrastructural Projects.

Products: Induction Motors, Cables & Wires, Industrial Lights, Variable Frequency Drives, Switchgear.

Compensation: 3 -5 LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Management Team.
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

sales results

  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
