Role overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities within the interiors and fit-out sector. The role involves identifying and engaging new clients, managing key relationships, and collaborating with internal design and estimation teams to deliver customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial interiors and fit-out projects
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and developers.
• Develop and maintain a healthy project pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and project teams for proposals and bids.
• Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and commercial offers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and contract closure.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to enhance visibility.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the interiors fit-out / design & build industry.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
• Strong network within real estate, construction, and design ecosystems. ▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office. CRM knowledge preferred.
• UAE market experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
