Business Development Manager-Interior Design Fit out

Motif Interior Decoration LLC is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience exclusively in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects within the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have strong industry connections and a track record of securing commercial interior design and fit-out projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities specifically in interior design and fit-out projects (commercial, retail, F&B, hospitality, corporate offices, and residential interiors).
• Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, PMC teams, and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct client meetings.
• Prepare capability presentations, proposals, and coordinate with estimation/design teams for competitive submissions.
• Lead negotiations and close interior fit-out contracts.
• Monitor project pipeline and ensure consistent revenue generation.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market developments.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience strictly in Interior Design & Fit-Out business development (UAE experience required).
• Proven track record of securing interior fit-out projects only.
• Strong network within interior consultants, designers, and corporate clients in the UAE.
• In-depth understanding of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and fit-out project lifecycle.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
