Business Development Manager - Interior Fit Out

Job Summary

JR Interiors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the UAE interior fit-out and joinery market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the UAE interior and fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE interior fit-out and joinery sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
• Understand project requirements and provide expert solutions in joinery, furniture, and interior fit-out.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance against targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in business development or sales within the interior fit-out and joinery sector.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, joinery solutions, materials, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or leading a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
