We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out

We are a well-established interior fit-out company looking to onboard an experienced Business Development Manager to support our growth across retail, commercial, and bespoke interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients, consultants, mall management teams, and project stakeholders
• Identify and secure new fit-out opportunities (retail, F&B, commercial, luxury)
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams during pre-contract stages
• Track leads, tenders, and follow-ups through to award
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and industry interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior fit-out / contracting industry (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong network with retail brands, consultants, or developers
• Good understanding of fit-out workflows, costing, and timelines
• Confident communicator with negotiation and closing skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in approach
