Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with a strong
IT / software background
to join our growing team. This is a
technical sales role
for professionals who thrive at the intersection of
technology and business
.
You will own the
entire sales lifecycle
, from lead generation and discovery through closing and post-sale account growth, working closely with technical and delivery teams to propose the right solutions for our clients.
This is a
quota-carrying role
with clear growth and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the
full B2B sales cycle
, from lead qualification to deal closure and post-sale upselling.

Conduct
consultative, solution-driven discussions
to understand client business challenges and technical requirements.

Identify and propose suitable
software, SaaS, and IT solutions
aligned with customer needs.

Actively follow up with prospects and clients to ensure expectations are met and opportunities are maximized.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.

Continuously identify opportunities to
improve and optimize sales processes
.

Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.

Prepare and present
sales performance, pipeline, and financial reports
to senior management.

Meet and consistently
exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
(mandatory).

5+ years of B2B sales experience
, preferably in
IT services, software development, or SaaS
.

Proven experience managing the
full direct sales cycle
, including cross-selling and upselling.

Strong understanding of
software development, cloud solutions, SaaS models, and current IT trends
.

Experience negotiating contracts and navigating commercial and legal discussions.

Established customer network with the ability to engage at
senior and executive levels
.

Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Proficiency in
CRM systems
and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-
Valid driver’s license and own car
(required).
