* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT staffing sector through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, etc.)

* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

* Meet with decision-makers (virtually or in person) to understand staffing needs and present tailored solutions.

* Negotiate and close business deals in line with company targets.

* Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.

* Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

* Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
